REVV X StuG Turf 212 Black

TRY IT

The REVV X StuG Turf 212 Black is an Artist-Series Capture from REVV® and House of Worship legend Stu G, inspired by – and captured from – a Park® 2×12 cab outfitted with a pair of vintage Celestion® G12M Blackback drivers.

For those in the know, Stu G is an icon in contemporary House of Worship circles, with a career spanning three decades defining the sound of worship guitar. His chimey tones and acclaimed arrangements can be heard in the British group “Delirious?”, The US group “One Sonic Society,” and as guitarist with Michael W. Smith. Stu’s pivotal roles accompanying a diverse spectrum of artists see his tone widely regarded as second to none, immediately identifiable and exacting for the song at hand.

The fabled G12M Blackback is an icon in the world of traditional and contemporary guitar sonics alike. Fusing expansive mid-range attack, a well-rounded low-end and capped highs, it’s synonymous with a sweet, woody and smooth tone that’s revered by the playing elite in studios and stages internationally. When retrofitted into a vintage Park® 2×12 cab, expect surgical dispersion and sublime resonance that complements the companion driver to perfection. Primed for lead and rhythm tones alike, this capture is an unmatched powerhouse in the versatility department, seamlessly adapting from sultry cleans to driven raunch with ease and a sure-fire must-have when it comes to sitting your tone in any mix.

Captured at Nashville’s legendary Blackbird Studios, the REVV X StuG Turf 212 Black has been expertly recorded using stellar recording peripherals and a mic collection that guarantees immediate adoption from the studio to the stage.
