Terms and Conditions
- The Two notes Captor X Summer Supercharger Promotion starts on August 1st 2024 (4pm CEST) and terminates on September 2nd 2024 (9am CEST)
- The offer takes place on participating Two notes stockists websites, Two notes European Webstore, Two notes US webstore and Two notes US Reverb Store
- This promotion is limited to purchases of Captor X (All Ohm-variants) only; no other products in Two notes’ portfolio will qualify for the Captor X Summer Supercharger added value offering
- During the noted promotional period only, upon registration of a qualifying product defined herein, the following GENOME Components and DynIR Cabinet Collections will be added to the related customer’s Two notes licence
- Registration can only be actioned via the Two notes website or Captor X’s companion Torpedo Remote application
- Qualifying customers are advised that GENOME Components can only be used within the GENOME software application; redeemed DynIRs can be used within Captor X’s DSP-powered functionality and the GENOME software application; as standard, a full GENOME licence is provided with any Captor X purchase
- A-Stock units only qualify for this promotion; B-stock, second-hand and Two notes’ Factory Repack items will not qualify for this added-value centric promotional initiative
- Two notes reserves the right to end any promotional schemes without prior notice
- Two notes is under no obligation to provide promotional GENOME and/or DynIR components defined herein to any purchase and related product registration made outside of the pre-defined Captor X Summer Supercharger promotional period
- Two notes accepts no liability for incorrect promotional parameters, qualification criteria or added value offerings promoted via any 3rd party reseller’s platforms
- Due to the nature of Two notes’ licensing system, promotional added value items can only be redeemed via registration once; in the event a customer owns licences for the qualifying promotional GENOME Components and DynIR Cabinet Collections, no discounts, replacement GENOME Components or DynIR Cabinet Collections will be provided; furthermore, Two notes is under no obligation to provide any post-purchase discount, refund or similar
- Affiliated DynIR cabinets and GENOME Components cannot be sold, transferred to other users and/or redeemed for cash
- Two notes Audio Engineering does not offer returns, rebates, or any other value in the event of technical malfunctions based on the software used, or lack thereof, at the time of the purchase. The onus is on the customer to understand the proprietary nature of the Two notes ecosystem and how and where GENOME Components and DynIR cabinets can be used
