Terms and Conditions

  • The Two notes WARNING 2024 DynIR Release – Customer Incentives promotion starts on 17th September 2024, 16:00h CET, and terminates on 1st October 2024, 9:00h CET. The offer takes place on Two notes web-store exclusively (https://www.two-notes.com) 
  • Two notes reserves the right to end any discount schemes without prior notice
  • During the aforementioned promotional period the following offers will be placed into effect: 
    • A 20% price drop will be actioned across the GrindHouse Studios Athens individual DynIRs and DynIR Cabinet Collections 
    • The new-for-2024 WARNING: Complete Collection will be listed with a Special Introductory Pricing of 69€/$
  • Exact pricing displayed on the Two notes store is administered at the sole discretion of Two notes Audio Engineering
  • Two notes Audio Engineering is under no obligation to reimburse any windfall for qualifying purchases made outside of the noted promotional period
  • Two notes Audio Engineering is under no obligation to add additional promotions for non-discounted stock during the promotional period
  • Promotional pricing will be displayed on the Two notes without the need for coupon codes or similar
  • Due to the nature of Two notes’ licensing system, promotional items can only be purchased once; in the event a customer purchases a DynIR Cabinet Collection and already owns a licensed DynIR included in the collection, no additional discount will be provided and Two notes is under no obligation to provide any post-purchase discount, refund or similar 
  • Affiliated DynIR cabinets cannot be sold, transferred to other users and/or redeemed for cash
  • Two notes Audio Engineering does not offer returns, rebates, or any other value in the event of technical malfunctions based on the software used, or lack thereof, at the time of the purchase. The onus is on the customer to understand the proprietary nature of the Two notes ecosystem and how and where DynIR Virtual Cabinets can be used
